Everything can start ONLY thanks to your request by mobile or e-mail both for a
romantic dinner for two people, or a quiet evening spent with your family tasting
something good and different, either celebrating a particular event or having a dinner
for your friends eating typical or gourmet dishes, for a cocktail party and a wedding
banquet in any location you can dream of.
On the spot investigation
After your request, we'll contact you to plan a preliminary meeting in order to have all
the necessary information regarding your event and how to make it become unique and
unforgettable according to your exigences and wishes; during this meeting we will value
and eventually decide together which kind of service you need, the type of menu to
realize, the tools and equipment to use for its realization.
If suitable we can use yours, otherwise we can supply and provide both the very kitchen
equipment but even linens, pottery, tables, chairs, gazebos, and a general scenographic
framework.
If necessary and required, we can even suggest particular locations where arranging the
event.
A particular attention for your eating tastes and wishes: your menu will mirror them and,
for this reason, it will be unique because it will represent your idea of cooking.
Your budget
After setting the dinner/event date, in a few days we will submit you some menu
proposals (changes can be done if suggested )and a detailed budget note.
The budget considers a “general idea” of the provisions cost, the equipment/tools rental
(if planned) and the chef's service .
You will be given a detailed receipt after the shopping. Provisions won't have any
mark-up and will be refound (paid back) by you according to the receipt. In this way the
best quality of raw materials is guarateed , even thanks to our careful local suppliers
and their km 0 storage, essential for the realization of successful courses.
After planned the final menu, the chef will deal with and take care of the management
and preparation of your event. He will transform your dining-room, patio or garden in an
elegant and refined area, as if in a a glamourous restaurant or private club.
Your Event
After having established the “what - how- where- when” that is to say the event
typology, its setting, your menu and the day of realization, the Chef will arrive to the
location well in advance with ( if necessary) his whole equipment in order to prepare both
the final setting and, on the spot, on your presence, all the arranged dishes. Different
types of bread, fresh hand-made pasta, desserts, the right selection and matching of
wines to all courses, everything will be prepared in your own kitchen and on the spot to
make your guests live an unforgettable tasting experience.
At the end of the evening, our service will include the kitchen final cleaning, which will
be returned as clean as it was before the event. The kitchen and its tools will be
washed out and placed tidily with no stress for you and your family. You only have to
